Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rathod Group of Companies, trading as Inbound Labs ("Inbound Labs", "we", "us"), based in Bengaluru, India. They cover your use of the website at inboundlabs.app, the Inbound Labs platform at login.inboundlabs.app, our API, and the Inbound Labs Chrome extension (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means that company.

2. What the Services do

Inbound Labs provides a database of business contact and company information (such as names, job titles, work emails, phone numbers and company details) and tools to search, verify, export and enrich that information for business-to-business sales, marketing and recruiting.

We work hard to keep the data accurate and verified, but business data changes constantly. We do not guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate sign-up information. You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@inboundlabs.app if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

One person may not share a single seat with others. Additional users need their own seats under your plan.

4. Plans, credits and payment

New accounts receive free credits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans, credit allowances, prices and any introductory offers are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Credits are used when you reveal, verify or export contact data. Unused credits, plan limits and any carry-over work as described on the pricing page for your plan.

Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree to a refund in writing. Prices exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where they apply.

We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. How you may use the data

You may use data from the Services for your own legitimate business-to-business purposes, such as prospecting, outreach, marketing, recruiting and enriching your own CRM. When you do, you must:

• comply with all laws that apply to you, including data protection and marketing laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CAN-SPAM, CASL and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act;
• honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to;
• contact people only about matters relevant to their professional role.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, publish or share our data with third parties, or use it to build a competing database or service;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Services, or get around credit limits, rate limits or security measures;
• use the data for consumer marketing, spam, harassment, discrimination, surveillance, or any decisions about credit, insurance, employment eligibility or housing;
• use the Services in any way that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of any data you upload to the Services, such as lists or CRM records for enrichment. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Services to you. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.

7. Our property

The Services, our database, software, design and brand belong to Inbound Labs. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is active. Data you have properly exported during your subscription may continue to be used in line with section 5.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the data of people whose business contact details appear in our database. Customers who need a Data Processing Agreement can request one from our Trust Center.

9. Third-party services

The Services may connect to third-party tools such as CRMs, email platforms and LinkedIn. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users or the people in our database at risk, or fails to pay, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including 5, 7, 11, 12 and 14) continue to apply.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or that any outreach will produce particular results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Inbound Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover Inbound Labs against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Services or the data, or from your breach of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
